At Ulzama Packaging we have a Prepress and Technical Office department, focused on ensuring maximum precision from the initial design to the start of production.
Our structural design team develops and optimizes the most suitable technical solution for each project. We analyze geometries, strengths, folding methods, and compatibility with automated lines to ensure efficient, functional cases fully adapted to each client's industrial process.
We have a cutting table for mock-ups and pre-series, which allows us to validate the design adjustment, die-cutting and finishes in advance.
In addition, we have a plotter for color proofs certified according to ISO 12647, which guarantees an accurate color match between the proofs and the final result.

At Ulzama Packaging, we combine conventional offset and UV printing to offer maximum versatility and quality. Our Heidelberg and KBA presses allow us to perform the following in a single process:

Ulzama Packaging has incorporated QualiTronic PDF HighRes, one of the most advanced color inspection and control systems available on the market today, positioning us as a pioneering company and a technological benchmark nationwide. This system compares each sheet with the original PDF approved by the client, guaranteeing an unprecedented level of control.

DIE-CUTTING

At Ulzama Packaging we have configured our die-cutting process to guarantee the highest level of precision, repeatability and stability, especially in projects intended for automatic packaging machines .
We have 70×100 and 50×70 die-cutting lines, equipped with automatic ejection and blanking systems that ensure agile, clean and uniform production.
Optical control: our biggest differentiator
Integrated optical control is one of the key elements that allows us to guarantee perfect die-cutting.
This system:
It verifies the registration in real time, keeping the sheet perfectly centered with respect to the die.
It detects micro-deviations and pressure variations before they cause rejection.
It maintains very strict tolerances from the beginning to the end of production.

At Ulzama Packaging we have a wide range of equipment dedicated to special finishes, which allows us to transform each package into a unique and differentiated product.
We carry out all key finishing work in-house, avoiding dependence on external suppliers and guaranteeing shorter lead times and total quality control.
We have 2 window gluing lines for plastic or paper, with and without creasing, which allow you to provide visibility to the product while maintaining the strength of the case.
We also have our own laminator for a wide variety of materials. These lamination processes allow us to obtain high-quality, durable surfaces with the following finishes:
